Ruth Kaniel, nee Nowitz, from Cape Town, Grant Writer at Arugot, Child and Family Center in Haifa, came on aliyah in 1978. She has a BA in Education and English from Haifa University, lives in Rechasim, is married to Rabbi Noah Kaniel. They have nine children.
