Patricia Friedberg is the author of “21 Aldgate”, Rainbow Books, Inc., 2010, a historical novel set in London's Jewish East End and fashionable Chelsea from the 1930's into World War II. Her latest book is the memoir “Letters from Wankie: A Place in Colonial Africa,” based on some 500 letters she wrote to her parents in London during her first two years as a young bride in colonial Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe).
