For the past year or so I have been delighting in the online presence of The Jewish Review of Books. Like a strong cup of morning coffee, the articles and book reviews (yes, there is more to the contents than book reviews) instigate thought, handle complex issues with vigor and insight, and breathe life into a wide variety of aspects of Jewish life. Poetry, art, literature, and also the political happenings that plague us no matter what country we live in. As a writer and editor I am always pleased with the graphics and format which make for an eye-catching page and an easy read. Some of those on the editorial board include Ruth Gavison, Hillel Halkin, and Shlomo Avineri. I receive the quarterly publication online but there is a print edition. Recommended reading!

A one year's digital subscription is available for $19.99.
