Concert Postponed but Support Should Continue

Happy memories ... Nelly Perry and Gil Shohat at a fundraiser

The ESRA Hand in Hand Food Pantry was started fifteen years ago to assist families who were affected by the first intifada.

As years passed and donations started to decline, our dear friend Nelly Perry, together with maestro Gil Shohat, composer, conductor and pianist, organized an annual fundraising concert at the Sharon Hotel in Herzliya Pituach in March each year. This brought in funds to cover the cost of food parcels for a whole year to needy families in the Neot Shaked neighborhood in Netanya.

Unfortunately, Nelly is not well and we have had to postpone the concert for the time being. We appreciate all that she has done for us and wish her a speedy recovery.

Thank you to all those who attended our fundraising concerts. We greatly appreciated your support.

In view of the current situation we would we very grateful if you would send in your donations to enable us to continue our much needed efforts. At the moment we only have enough funds to continue till Pesach.

Our best wishes to you and your families for a Chag Pesach Kasher and Sameach.

Donations can be made online at www.esra.org.il
or by phoning the ESRA office at

09 950 8371.
